DBC : reading the signs - Bronze Lion for VW PEDRO and Sign Assist, SMART Offroad for BBDO and drowning fears for Herbaria’s Calming Tea win at YOUNG DIRECTORS AWARD 2013

The VOLKSWAGEN Tiguan is equipped with the camera based ‘Sign Assist’ road sign reader and recognises real road signs to provide the driver with warnings of real road signs. DDB Tribal Berlin came up with the concept and created a commercial for VW, which takes a humorous approach to showing just how important it is to not overlook signs in life. DOP Philipp HABERLANDT won a Bronze Lion in the Film Lions category for VW PEDRO.
