ONE HUNDRED BERLIN creative Retouching GmbH is a photography post-production laboratory, retouching Beauty, Fashion, Luxury Products and Advertising.

We are looking for people with a SERIOUS motivation for RETOUCHING. 3 to 6 months are necessary to learn how to treat a picture the best way.


Therefore, we are looking for someone:

- PASSIONATED by fashion industry ( fashion trends, fashion photography and photographers, fashion magazines, fashion brands….)

- Having a mid-level of computer skills: Macintosh environment, Photoshop, knowledge on the development softwares (Capture One, Focus)

- Being creative and able to work as part of a team and self motivated

- Speaking fluent english and/or german


The position is a great opportunity to learn a complete knowledge of the Photo Post-Production field and to achieve a Retoucher position in the company:

- to developp a file

- the color corrections

- skin/hairs/background retouching

- basic of photo composing

- color manipulation

- final enhancement

REMARK:

We will not recrute any photographers.
We are NOT offering free photoshop training but looking for a long term team partnership.

You will be tested on your skills, your motivation, your taste and ability to work in a team.

All interns and junior will have to participate to personal research and personal projects with photographers.
