Camera Work, Berlin presents David Drebins secretive voyeuristic night shots

David Drebin's photographs are narratives, dramatic and cinematic. He combines voyeurism with psychological insights and reveals desires and intimate moments of his protagonists.

Often, his visual worlds are comprised of nocturnal pictures, gigantic, glittering metropolitan cities and a secret, hidden somewhere between camera and the viewer.

Drebin's glamorous worlds of imagery are produced in places as far a field as New York, Hong Kong and San Francisco and due to the infinite possibilities of the big city, there is a generous canvas for imagination. In combination with intimate close-ups, the urban realities appear everything else buy anonymous and bestow a very personal touch to the motifs.

The photographer was born in 1970, Toronto, Canada and has been living and working in New York, ever since studying at Parsons School of Design in New York. He can be booked in Germany, via GoSee member NERGER M&O. Or in Switzerland, via GoSee member VISUALEYES.

Camera Work in Berlin will be exhibiting the works until the 27th of November 2010.
