Hahnemühle : bring a gallery and new paper to Photokina

Besides presenting the complete paper range by traditional manufacturer Hahnemühle, top-class pictures by famous photographers will be shown at an in-house gallery at Photokina. Enthusiasts will be able to approach the photographers for a chat, on location.

Experts will demonstrate what can be achieved through the latest technology and how optimal printing results can be attained, using new types of printers by renowned brands. Two recently developed Photo Rag® papers will be presented to the public for the first time and visitors can point out their favourite amongst the various qualities of the Digital FineArt Collection. Hence, each participant will be handed out a sample package of the new papers in A4 format.

New: Photo Rag® Ultra Smooth and Photo Rag® Baryta. Hahnemühle’s Photo Rag® paper range is made from 100 percent cotton. Photo Rag® Ultra Smooth features a particularly smooth surface with a matt premium covering. It suits BW and colour prints equally. The lighest shades of colour and contrast, as well as the darkest printing areas are of very good visibility and have a grammage of  305 g/m², the paper feels comfortably robust, so very Hahnemühle.

Photo Rag® Baryta merges the advantages of pure cotton paper with the visuals of traditional handmade Barytpaper. Those who prefer touching to reading should pop over for a feel:
