Husmann Tschaeni take us behind the light - Poultry Poetry exhibition at Berlin's Direktorenhaus

Since the first of September, the Berlin Direktorhaus has been showing the 'Husmann Tschäni — Poultry Poetry' exhibition. The motifs of the artist couple from the Aargau are created back-to-front in layers on the back of acrylic glass, with various materials such as enamel, oil, watercolour, chalk, glitter and spray . . .

The duo was awarded last year's Swatch Young Illustrators Award 2010. Currently, the works of Mira Tschäni and Michael Husmann Tschäni are on display at the Berlin Direktorenhaus. The 'Poultry Poetry' exhibition will run until the 31st of March 2012 and combines installations, sculptures and paintings by the Swiss artists.
