Jewellery creations à la francais ! want, want, want - Blandine Bardeau and her fantasmagorical neon world

Lets call her a brightly glowing wunderkind. Blandine Bardeau is French and studied at the legendary Central Saint Martins College in London. She has remained loyal to the city to this very day - and we aren't sure if her inspiration is de la France or made in England.

One thing is clear: her jewellery creations are incomparably fantasmagorical; a mixture of neon spice with a touch of African tribe.

Blandine's necklaces have already been displayed in the wonderfully colourful shop windows of London's luxury shopping emporium Selfridges, her CV has all the telltale signs of a multi-talented newcomer: Women's Wear Design degree, jewellery designer, illustrator and also artist.

Last year her illustrations were exhibited at Garage de Turenne, Paris, as part of an exhibition, which Converse organised with eight young international artists.

Lest we forget her Fluorescent Monkeys, we have attached a few of them adorning t-shirts.

Blandine Bardeau is different and in this case different is particularly gaudy. Our eyes are screaming want, want, want! - and we give in. With a huge grin on our happy faces.
