Fashion Communications : fashion label apriori's summer campaign, the making-of film and online store summer sale
Munich-based fashion and lifestyle communication specialist agency FashionCom has been in charge of apriori’s image for the second season running.
Since Beate Katzalis has headed the design of the high quality fashion label, the collection has transformed piece by piece. The designs have become more independent, fashionable, modern and a bit more provocative. “Our client is a woman who knows what she wants”, says the designer. “She is really into fashion and wants to set a clear signal with her style of dress”.
This development meant that the visual language also had to change, which is why the apriori team opted for Fashion Communications.
The first collaboration shoot took place in Munich, however, this time the location was Berlin. “We wanted to pick a striking location, so we opted for the German Natural History Museum in Berlin”, comments CEO Nick Larrett. "Apriori and FashionCom are agreed that our label’s signature style is becoming increasingly important in terms of wanting to appeal to an international market.”
Mikael Schulz photographed the Summer 11 campaign motifs. The FashionCom team comprised Nick Larrett (Creative Direction) and Uschi Kolonko (Art Buying). Beate Katzalis (Head of Design) and Maren Arndt (Head of Marketing & PR) both from Apriori were also on set.
