Christoph Siegert : on water streets in Hamburg for the HANSEBOOT boating fair

Photographer Christoph Siegert shot three motifs for Hamburg Messe and Kongress GmbH to mark the 50th anniversary of the HANSEBOOT fair. The images present yachts and boats racing through streets like a duck to water.

The Mayer & Partner advertising agency was in charge of the creation. Particular attention was devoted in the composing to the flowing waves, to create a realistic effect and to ground the half-realistic motifs. The post production was carried out by Holger Egbers.

Hamburg and Hanseboot will be celebrating the golden anniversary until 1 November with a maritime festival at the new exhibition halls, Hamburg Harbour and in the heart of the town between the rivers Alster and Elbe.
