food art factory : a celebrity chef in the orchard - Christian Henze's 'Ich koch' einfach!' - new publication by Südwest Verlag

Klaus-Maria EINWANGER photographed Christian Henze, one of Germany’s most popular celebrity chefs, for his latest ‘Ich koch' einfach!´ (I cook simply) cookbook.

The people motifs were shot in the gardens and orchards of the Amerang farming museum, the cover images were shot at the chef’s award-winning cookery school in Kempten.

The food images were photographed at the Foodartfactory kitchen studio where food stylist Monika Schuster and her assistant Anka Köhler prepared the mouth-watering recipes.

Klaus-Maria EINWANGER shot the food motifs for the book published by Südwest Verlag of the Random House Group, with help of props and arrangement by prop stylist Alexandra Holzer.

Photography editor Sabine Kestler from the publishing house supervised the production.
