food art factory : Happy Birthday Octoberfest! 200 years of traditional Bavarian delicacies in pictures.

To honour this year’s anniversary, food art factory have taken several motifs from their book productions for the Random House Group / Südwest Verlag and given them an extra special Bavarian touch to mark the occasion.

Klaus-Maria EINWANGER photographed the yummy traditional Bavarian dishes, which were prepared in the studio by food styling duo Monika Schuster and Anka Köhler.

The look is in keeping with the fifth season in Munich – vintage, cosy, traditional and rustic - Alexandra Holzer arranged the accompanying original props and managed to impress once again with her styling ideas.

Martina van Ghemen spiced up the food images with two hundred years worth of culinary October Fest history and her expert knowledge.
