Food Art Factory : Klaus-Maria Einwanger photographs the 'Sommer Küche' summer kitchen book for GU Verlag

Colourful, associative, summery and atmospheric – best describes the new ‘Sommer Küche’ (Summer Kitchen) book. Writer Tanja Dusy and photographer Klaus-Maria Einwanger’s collaborative project offers a plentiful package of colourful force of light and warmth.

The foodstyling carries Monika Schuster and Anka Köhler’s signature style. Alexandra Holzercame up with the styling ideas and props for the sunny book. The results are a fabulous sunny open-air shoot amidst the foothills of the Bavarian Alps.
