Food Art Factory : poultry school for DER FEINSCHMECKER gourmet magazine

Klaus-Maria EINWANGER photographed several motifs for DER FEINSCHMECKER gourmet magazine and their three-part series ‘The school of poultry’. In front of the camera, Andreas Hillejan, German celebrity chef and owner of the ‘Marktrestaurant’ in Mittenwald and his innovative recipe ideas about spring chicken, guinea fowl, pigeon and a few more feathered friends.

The well-spirited chef took care of the food styling himself and convinced with his sense for the right mixture of tradition and modernity. The food stills were photographed on location in his restaurant and the countless steps were photographed in the kitchen.

Kersten Wetenkamp from the Feinschmecker editorial office supervised the production. The result – a plethora of surprising delicacies and interesting tips, presented in a vivid and enticing way, visualised and documented in the gourmet journal’s issues 03/11, 04/11 and 05/11.
