One year of intense collaboration with and accompanying of an organic star chef in her hideaway in Bischofswiesen is what it took to shoot a book, which can doubtlessly referred to as every green cuisine fan’s first port of call.

Christel Kurz is an exceptional and hearty writer, who has been well known, both nationally and internationally for vegetarian cuisine for over 30 years.

'The vegetarian school of cooking' is a foundation recipe book, paying homage to the diversity of vegetables and the resulting culinary possibilities, partially due to the featured photographs. The basics and work processes are explained and documented step by step and the pictures make sure that things are easy to follow.

Thanks to the focused cooperation with Florentine Schwabbauer from the CHRISTIAN VERLAGE, the idea became an exciting and successful book production. Klaus-Maria EINWANGER photographed all the pictures in dreamy gardens and in the writer’s kitchen.
