Klaus Arras : interlude - the art of lightness. Star studded cookery with Matthaes Verlag
Klaus Arras and his team photographed 100 recipes with Cologne-based star chef Hans Horberth, which can be served as little intermediate courses before the main course.
The results are fresh, colourful and very appetising food shots, which are absolutely mouth-watering.
The cookbook has already been presented at the book fair and is in stores now.
Those of you that are feeling hungry now, might want to book a table at La Vision, at Cologne’s Wasserturm hotel. Hans serves his delicacies in the restaurant which is located on the 11th floor of Andrée Putman’s interior designed hotel.
The Michelin Star-awarded restaurant also offers free views of the renowned Cologne Dom cathedral. Open Tuesday – Saturday 18:30 until 21:30.
