Emeis Deubel : VW TOURAN for DDB, new entry Susanne WALSTRÖM, Peter FUNCH for POSTFINANCE and editorial in Berlin, FSB 'Evolutions' campaign
The agency is pleased to welcome Swedish people and kids photographer Susanne WALSTRÖM on board. Susanne’s style is immediately recognisable: tongue in cheek, lively, colourful, spontaneous and authentic.
Each picture tells a story. She was able to develop this talent as a photographer for a large Swedish daily newspaper, travelling to war and crisis zones. Her documentary style remains an integral part of her visual language, however she now devotes herself to more uplifting subjects for clients such as T-MOBILE, AIR BERLIN and SUNRISE.
Yona HECKL also realised new work, including several free CGI motifs together with PX3. Yona photographed the spheres on a trip through the USA, which took him to locations including Highway No. 1.
Yona Heckl was commissioned by Martina Kersten of DDB Berlin to shoot the new VW TOURAN. GoSee presents the sharp results.
Peter FUNCH was commissioned by Publicis Zurich to photograph the POST FINANCE image and sponsoring campaign. The shoot took place in Argentina and at the Swiss ski resort of Arosa, where two ice hockey motifs were shot in a wonderful setting.
The casting turned out to be somewhat of a challenge, as it took place during Argentinean holidays, however the production ran smoothly and was met with the greatest satisfaction from all parties involved.
Peter combined a trip to his old home country of Denmark with a quick stop in Berlin, where he photographed several moment shots on the subject of ‘Birth/Rebirth’, for a magazine by the John Brown Media publishing house. Locations were scouted which illustrated the concept most strikingly. Hence Peter shot at the former wall, Alexanderplatz, etc.
Peter RAD photographed a motif for the French lottery, in addition to this, SONY ERICSSON sent him to Cape Town to realise a shoot. Images will follow upon their release.
Sarah ILLENBERGER and Attila HARTWIG collaborated on two new projects. BURDA YUKOM commissioned Sarah to capture the new simplicity of recipes by several star chefs. Attila Hartwig was in charge of the old master style of photography. Marén Börner carried out the postproduction.
Furthermore, a new motif was realised for the highly successful FSB ‘Evolutions’ campaign, which stems from Schindler, Parent, Identity. Anne Kohlermann and Cornelius von Mangold took care of the creative direction. Sarah headed the styling and Attila took the photographs.
