GoZooma : experimental work by Sarah Eick, new Belgian pictures by Thomas Henning

Sarah Johanna Eick is a new addition to GoZooma. Born in Emsdetten, Germany, 1974, the photographer studied History of Art, Cultural Studies, Painting and also completed a photography apprenticeship. She has worked on projects in India, the USA and Japan, and lives in Berlin. Her essay-like “WEST-COAST” images were realized between the East and West Coasts in the USA on expired film material, using a plastic camera.

Several of the images we have chosen to present appear to be painted rather than photographed. More can be viewed through the picture agency, which offers a wide ranging portfolio of architectural and landscape motifs, in addition to reports and people photography.

"Très chic en belgique" or perhaps even "Belgian banal" – the verdict is left up to the viewer. GoZooma presents new work by Thomas Henning. He photographed these images between the North Sea and urban everyday life in the small kingdom that lies beside the North Sea.
