NEW : Grosser Fotografen, Düsseldorf, BUNTE, FAZ, S.OLIVER, LEXUS, ENGELHORN SPORTS
Düsseldorf-based Grosser Fotografen agency is a new entry to GoSee. Grosser Fotografen represent a group of successful advertising photographers from the People, Transportation, Sports and Fashion sectors.
Christiane Großer, who has over fifteen years of international experience under her belt, founded Grosser Fotografen in 2008, in her hometown of Düsseldorf. She had previously spent eight years working in art buying and project management for advertising agencies, she spent an additional four years producing and editing photo shoots and spent three further years representing international advertising photographers for Corbis Artist Representation.
We have attached the first Grosser Fotografen job news; plenty of additional work can be viewed in the artist’s portfolio on their GoSee Profile.
The shoot was commissioned by DDB Berlin and resulted in a glamorous look, carrying the headline of “she would dress warmer if it weren’t for Bunte”, providing readers with some impressions of the film festival’s events in Berlin.
Susanne Kreft headed the art buying, Johannes Hicks was the CD, Roman Goebel was the producer and Digitales Leben took over the postproduction. Linda Ehrl carried out the styling and Manuela Kopp perfected the hair and make-up.
Scholz &Friends Berlin commissioned an amusing campaign for WILHELMA ZOO, Stuttgart. It features pets pretending to be ‘fake’ zoo animals. Hans STARCK made a conscious decision against elaborate techniques, favouring a snapshot style to emphasise the quirky concept. Why not go to Stuttgart’s zoo, just to make sure you really can tell the difference between the ‘fake’ and the original.
Hans Starck collaborated with Oliver Rolf on the motif with the director of Oscar-nominated film ‘The White Ribbon’ for the current FRANKFURTER ALLGEMEINEN ZEITUNG campaign. Scholz &Friends Berlin came up with the campaign, which claims ‘there is always a clever head behind it’. Just like Michael Haneke’s film, the motif captures the atmosphere of pre-WWI portrait painting. The owner of the antique large format camera, under Hans Starck’s photographic direction, realised the image of Oliver Rolf.
Estelle KLAWITTER created six key visuals for S.OLIVER’s Casual
and QS collections worldwide ‘Play Denim’ campaign. The focus was on fashion and portrait style photography. Estelle was commissioned by Parasol Island and worked with a highly skilled international cast, capturing the models in an energetic and expressive manner. GoSee presents the results.
Transportation Specialist Daniel HARTZ photographed the LEXUS CT 200h, which premiered at the Genf Autosalon. The shoot took place in Japan, where he captured the full hybrid vehicle in the studio. A giant LED wall, measuring a unique 4x15 metres, was set up as the background and also used as an additional lighting source.
Daniel realised a new CGI production in spectacular Scottish landscapes for the LS and GS by LEXUS model series. Viewmaster CGI was the technical partner for the rendering. The rendering was created on location, so as to specifically influence the perspectives and lighting. The renowned car photographer has worked for international clients for over twenty years; today he mainly works in the CGI sector.
Sports photographer Patrik GIARDINO produced four sports catalogues for ENGELHORN SPORTS, Europe’s largest sports house, assigned by Serviceplan, Munich. Patrik realised the elaborate production on location in the mountainous regions of California – Death Valley, Mojave Airport and Downtown L.A. The results comprise a variety of eye catching action shots and impressive landscape moods. The images will be used in the Running, Golf, Beach and Outdoor collection catalogues.
The art buying was carried out by Katharina Hofmann of Neverest/Serviceplan, Therese Stüssel took care of the creative aspects.
Anne DOMDEY is also represented by the agency. She specialises in kids, people and portrait photography. Her portrait and kids motifs demonstrate how closely she can capture a subject’s personality in a photograph, which she underlines through her use of daylight.
Likewise, Grosser Fotografen represents Antony NAGELMANN. He has worked as a people and landscape photographer in the USA and Europe for fifteen years and has shot productions in over 60 countries for various international companies, including campaigns for DHL, Delta Airlines, Nokia, Verizon, Porsche Design and Sappi.
