Westermann Studios : new cook book - Henssler's kitchen

Steffen Henssler, the chef from Hamburg, has just published a new cook book entitled *Hensslers Küche* ( = Henssler’s kitchen). In 2001 he founded the restaurant Henssler & Henssler with his father in Elbstraße and it has been running successfully ever since. A television series was the obvious next step – as of now it shall be aired on German channel NDR every Sunday at 4.30pm.
