“Das große Buch der Saucen“ (the big book of sauces) is the latest Teubner Edition cookery book, published just in time for the German Book Fair. Photographer Nikolai Buroh and food stylist Roland Geiselmann have combined forces to realise their fourth volume of this large luxury edition.
“Sauces” follows the themes of fish, meat, herbs and spices – and is just as delectable to the eye as ever. Food photography recipes of the best calibre!
