Westermann Studios : yummy men's menu in BEEF and tasty shoot for POLETTOS KOCHSCHULE
Jan-Peter WESTERMANN and his team contributed to the first ever issue of BEEF, Gruner + Jahr’s latest foodie magazine. Food stylist Pio and stylist Katrin Heinatz joined forces to show just how mouth-watering photographs can be.
The mag’s centrefold features the “men’s menu”. Unfussy, simple and still passionate – very masculine indeed. Available in shops now.
Germany’s renowned star chef Cornelia Poletto’s new cookery book is titled POLETTOS KOCHSCHULE (cookery class). Jan-Peter and his team deliciously captured the publication that accompanies the German TV series. The food styling was carried out by Roland Geiselmann, Oliver Mägel, Pio, Hermann Rottmann and Sarah Trenkle. Christine Mähler rounded the project off with her styling.
The whole team brushed on a couple of live cookery tips too….
