The World Press Photo foundation, with which the GFW PhotoPublishing has been closely connected to the publisher of the German-speaking annual book for many years, will also be 50 this year. In the ProfiFoto anniversary special the editorial department shows the highlights of 150 issues. Since 1979 ProfiFoto Cover has documented the change and development of imagery. A change, which also clearly highlights the overview of all World Press Photos from the last five centuries, which are presented in the issue.
