Westermann Studios : German haute cuisine

Chef of the year 2005 – Christian Bau has received his third star! He is now one of the seven top chefs in Germany with three stars. Jan-Peter WESTERMANN photographed him and his work in the *Schloss Berg* restaurant. See the pictures in DER FEINSCHMECKER magazine (issue nr.12 / December 2005).
