Mainworks : action packed driving shots and an interior of the BMW X1 in the Swiss Alps

‘The joy of seeing’ was the motto for David Maurer & Mainworks when it came to shooting the X1 in the Swiss Alps. David shot the backgrounds for the latest member of the BMW - SUV- family member in and around Andermatt.

Olaf Jablonski of Move 'n Shoot and his CGI- Dolly provided the perfect starting material for moving spheres. Mainworks took charge of the visualisation of the X1 using CGI with the added help of David Maurer’s supervision. This resulted in four exciting driving shots, an interior and an additional animation piece with tracking shots based on the interior motifs. The X1 is the smallest estate car model offered by BMW and was added to the full range last autumn, it has been popular amongst clients ever since.
