recom : 5 x 2012 calendars, MEN'S HEALTH, CGI for NISSAN Europe, polar bear for GASAG, BERLINETTA Bikes, LEICA private view at the recom BERLIN-Office, POST artist wanted

Recom kick off their GoSee news contribution with no less than five current calendar projects for STIHL, MERCEDES-BENZ TRUCKS, AUDI motorsport, AMG and Windhunde.

All MERCEDES-BENZ TRUCKS (photographs + supervision by GoSee member MANU AGAH) were generated by recomCGI.

For the second time, RecomPOST could show off their skills in polishing STIHL models and devices. In addition to this, they worked on their second consecutive AUDI motorsport calendar (photographer: Bernhard Spoettel).

The backgrounds for the 'Grand Turismo 5' Playstation game were combined with AMG-vehicles for the AMG calendar (photographer: Heiko Simayer) and last but not least, recomPOST polished the 12 motifs for the Windhundcalendar 2012 (photos : Reno Ranger, Anatol Kotte, Daniela Glanz, Matthias Groppe, Christina Blum, René Clohse, Oliver Heinemann, Roman Gilt).

For almost two years now, recomCGI has been developing the slightly anthropomorphic polar bear as a testimonial for Berlin-based energy provider GASAG. The full-CGI polar bear has been featured in approx. 30 motifs in various poses and scenes, as well as in high print resolution for poster campaigns.

TBWA Paris commissioned recomCGI and GoSee MEMBER MARC TRAUTMANN to produce a CGI project for NISSAN Europe. The car and roof top, as well as the rollercoaster in the background were all generated in CGI (illustration: McBess).

Philip Brüderle completed a shoot for MEN'S HEALTH and Tino Pohlmann did a shoot for BERLINETTA (Retro-Biked), both with fine-tuning by recomPOST.

On the 20th of January 2012, the LEICA private view at the recomBERLIN office took place for the third time and – as usual – on the fashion week Friday. LEICA and WE LOVE artbuying teamed up to exhibit work by London photographers Sandta Freij & Robert Wyatt to 300 guests. The exhibition was produced as high-quality ditone prints by recomART.
