recom : animago award 2010 for PORSCHE motif, futuristic FORD Mondeo, IDEAL STANDARD hotel bathroom, MERCEDES CLS63 AMG and NISSAN Xtrail in action

A total of 462 stills were selected from 900 international, high quality submissions for the Animago Award 2010, alongside a selection that was predominantly concerned with moving imagery. RecomCGI enjoyed the best feedback and was awarded the Animago Award 2010 for 'Best Still'.

The client was PORSCHE, photo/supervision by Uli Heckmann, the supervising agency was BB&K with AD Martin Spies. Congratulations!

In collaboration with photographer BLINKK c/o EMEIS DEUBEL, RecomCGI created a futuristic room and a very special x-ray concept, which serves to highlight the technical features of the FORD Mondeo with a very unique approach to CGI. Ogilvy London was the supervising agency with creative direction by Camilla Herberstein.

RecomCGI produced a hotel bathroom in full CGI for IDEAL STANDARD Germany. Several detail motifs within the same virtual setting were created in addition to a full perspective.

RecomCGI produced a grand total of 9 FULL CGI studio motifs for the brand new MERCEDES CLS63 AMG. Together with photographer Igor PANITZ c/o TIM MITCHELL, they developed a lighting concept and defined perspectives, all produced in the highest print resolution.

RecomCGI and Jan VAN ENDERT c/o NERGER M&O travelled to the Pyrenees to produce material for the NISSAN Xtrail motif, commissioned by TBWA / Paris and their client NISSAN Europe. RecomCGI generated the vehicle as well as little helper robots, which whiz around the car in CGI.
