food art factory : new delectable delights with Alfons Schubeck's classic cookbook published by GU Verlag

Alfons Schuhbeck's newest cookbook 'Meine Klassiker' (My Classics) tells the life story of a celebrity chef and pioneer of down-to-earth cuisine. The book, which is garnished with pictures of his favourite dishes, artfully combines a biography with a professional chef’s know-how.

Through ingenious recombination and new spice compositions, Alfons succeeded in turning Bavarian classics into culinary highlights without making them unnecessarily complicated to cook.

Monika Schuster and Anka Köhler styled the elaborate book production's dishes. They prepared 'Alfons classics' in the studio kitchen and dressed up mouth-watering delicacies on plates.

Alexandra Holzer, in charge of prop styling, made good use of her ideas and props, ensuring that the motifs looked their absolute best. Klaus-Maria EINWANGER was the photographer behind the exciting production.
