NEW : Drama Magazine, London - it's all about dramas

DRAMA MAGAZINE from England is NEW at GoSee. The biannual high gloss mag is a unique fusion of fashion with the performing arts, and is aimed at those who see photography, fashion and art as a passion. DRAMA is unisex and wants to be more of an entertaining theatre, rather than a fashion magazine which dictates. There is a whole world out there and DRAMA wants to provide its readers with as many dramas as possible.

Provocative journalism, exclusive interviews and background stories are mixed with inspiring ideas from the world of dance, film, fashion and theatre.

Ram Shergill is the editor behind this opulent magazine. The established fashion photographer has already worked for magazines such as Dazed & Confused, Esquire, GQ, Harpers & Queen, I-D, Jalouse, Vogue and Wallpaper. The creative realization is in the hands of Creative Director Fabrice Jacobs, Art Director Joe Hosp and Consultant designer Ziad Ghanem, who may have caught the eye of the attentive GoSee reader, following our recent report on his Maiden Britain label. Margherita Gardell has the last word in all things fashion, she is one of the most stylish fashion editors out there. She has worked as the Fashion Director for Harpers & Queen and as the Editor of L'Uomo Vogue.

The new issue presents us with a homage to designer Yves Saint Laurent and Jean Charles De Castelbajac, Laura Alice Hart captured Charity Wakefield in a Tamara de Lempicka style and photographed Norwegian indie queen ANNIE. Millener Justin Smith and his impressive creations are also introduced. There is a special on Michael Roberts, the "Jean Cocteau of the Fashion World" by New Yorker Editor Tina Brown. The project was shot at his favourite Italian location, Sicily, and featured Brazilian male model Evandro Soldati.

Further highlights include the feature 'I Am Because We Are' on film director Nathan Rissman and actors Dominic Cooper, Alex Pettyfer and Rachel Hurd Wood. Additional extras include sexy actor Luke Treadaway ("Brothers of the Head"), Katie McGrath, who starred as Morgana in the BBC production of Merlin and a whole cast of more small and large dramas.

Ziad Ghanem celebrates the visual in a “Commedia Dell Arte” fashion shoot with Luke Worrall and “The Rambert Dance Company“. And last but not least, Ram Shergill returns with visual impressions from all the far corners of the world.
