Jens Görlich : Calendar project for Cargo Human Care

The pilots of Lufthansa Cargo, run by Fokko Doyen founded the Cargo Human Care organisation which supports children in need in Kenya (mainly orphans and those infected with HIV). The pilots regularly transport doctors, medical equipment and medicine on their flights to Kenya (Nairobi). The doctors work on location and provide the medicine and equipment for free.

A calendar was produced to spread awareness of the organisation and provide even more aid. The complete sales of which will are donated to support children in Kenya.

The motifs were photographed by Jens Görlich who spent several days producing them in Nairobi. Graphic designer Nana Cunz c/o Redhome Design used his motifs to create emotionally charged calendar pages. The calendar can be ordered for 20 Euro from www.chc-kalender.com, the deliveries will be carried out at the beginning of December.
