Amy Winehouse is a phenomenon. Her presence in the press is both scandalous and praising. Her career shoots up and plummets back down again, both in terms of music and fashion. Mods, Beatniks, Rude Boys, Punks, every musically driven subculture from Ska to Hip Hop is part of Fred Perry. One might even say that the connection between the fashion label and music is almost symbiotic! Amy's designs follow the footsteps of Paul Weller, Terry Hall and Damon Albarn.

Besides classic pieces such as the Polo shirt, the Harrington jacket and the jumper dress, the collection features pencil skirts, punky Capri trousers and mini-bowling dresses, all in black & pink.

Whoever has earned the compliments of Vogue editor in chief Anna Wintour and inspired Karl Lagerfeld has done something right for sure. The new collection rocks, is synonymous for Amy's style and works without a beehive too.
