Profiting from other people’s death isn’t right. But Michael Jackson belonged to our time and we don’t want to forget him.

Eleven years ago, a young Arno Bani was booked for a photo shoot by the King of Pop and was granted absolute creative freedom when it came to photographing the cover of the new ‘Invincible’ album.

Arno was commissioned for the top-secret shoot in 1999, after Micheal Jackson had seen a picture by the French fashion photographer in the Sunday Times. Only the best designers, stylists and hair and make-up artist were permitted to supervise the shoot.

The ‘Luxury Book’ contains four of the possible cover shots and is limited to 2009 pieces worldwide. Each print is signed by the photographer. A must have for all Michael fanatics!

Knesebeck Verlag has now also published a photo book with 100 colour images. The posed photographs are juxtaposed with playful and personal snapshots of the mega star, which were shot in the breaks.

The exclusive images were recently auctioned in Paris. And the limited Luxury Box and photo book gives us a chance to enjoy the images.
