Knotan, the new king of snapshot presents "Master Chair" his limited edition, debut publication

Sweden is not just renowned for its high-end fashion photography, but also often spawns unconventional pioneers of future photography, who provide us with a wonderfully wild and highly sexy visual language. This applies to Knotan, who captured topless Swedish femmes sprawled on the naked floor for BOOKLET. We are pleased to announce that Knotan’s first book, “Master Chair”, is out now.

Published in June 2009, the 60 page soft cover pocket book presents a collection of outtakes from his fashion shoots, street snapshots and portraits. Always armed with a camera, his images are realised everywhere, hence “no vacation” is an integral theme that runs throughout the book. The images also make it clear that even if his work chair is on the cover, he is not glued to it to create his photography – he executes his workaholic passion for photography anywhere.

His photographs are honest insights and untouched snapshots, ranging from sexy, funny, provocative and oh so cute.

Knotan was recently named "the new king of snapshot" by Let Them Eat Cake magazine, London. And rightly so, his popularity is on the increase and his editorial work has been published by magazines including Bon International and People Magazine, his work has also been displayed in exhibitions in London, St. Petersburg and Stockholm.
