Stefan THURMANN c/o JULIA WALDMANN photographed dishes for GOODBYTZ. The Hamburg-based start-up builds robots – that can cook entire meals. Burners, refrigerators and dishwashers are all built into the kitchen robot. With an investment of €12 million, the three founders plan on expanding their business. Researchers have now delivered the scientific proof: Camembert tastes better when its thick and gooey. The key to its special, slightly bitter taste apparently lies in its sticky consistency. Legend has it that Napoleon kissed the waitress in delight when he was served a piece of Camembert for the first time. This visionary ruler clearly understood the value of this extraordinarily good cheese.
