A master storyteller with a deft hand at casting, comedy and subtlety, Richard D’Alessio has earned a preeminent reputation not only as a commercial director with his four top ten-rated Super Bowl spots but also as a creator of some of the most watched branded content series in North America. He directed “Cedric Date” for Bud Light, which was named a top 10 all-time commercial by USA Today. Richard’s television commercials have consistently captured insightful human performances and inventive techniques. His work for Kellogg’s, AT&T, and Bud Light won numerous international awards including three Lions at Cannes, and were included in four separate television specials highlighting the world’s best commercials. He worked alongside of Barry Levinson and Jerry Seinfeld as the animation director in the creation of the “Adventures of Seinfeld and Superman” for American Express and created the popular web series “KnobHockey” for Virgin Mobile and Molson Canadian and most recently “Slot Car” for Carl’s Jr.. Richard currently writes and directs TV promo, web and direct to brand campaigns all over the world for clients such as Volkswagen, Budweiser, Nintendo, Pepsi, Snickers, and General Motors and TV networks such as Scripps, Showtime and Lifetime.
