Daniel Gebhart de Koekkoek started his career in 2006, which took a significant boost when he worked as an intern with Magnum Photos, NYC in 2008. Currently he lives in between Vienna, Berlin and Rotterdam and works for renowned magazines like VICE, Vanity Fair, Monocle, Travel+Leisure, The Financial Times, Numéro, Zeit Magazin, SZ-Magazin, brand eins and clients including Apple Inc., Mercedes-Benz, IBM and BMW. He has been included in several independent art publications and exhibited throughout Europe, Asia and The United States. His first book “The World We Live In” got published by Kehrer – Art Books Heidelberg in late 2013 and was honored with the “PDN best photo books of the year” award in 2014.
