#WorkingInProgress – the new AUDI employer branding campaign by Jan VAN ENDERT c/o NERGER M&O for the agency OAKS

Jan VAN ENDERT c/o NERGER M&O has produced yet another employer branding campaign for AUDI – created on commission for OAKS with Beatrice Ortmanns. Post production was in the hands of Andreas Doria.With #WorkingInProgress, AUDI has kicked off a campaign to shape its identity as an IT and technology company. Serving as its authentic brand ambassadors, employees focus on three main areas : innovative work, electric mobility and digitization, as well as personal growth.

For the third time now, Jan van ENDERT c/o NERGER M&O has photographed the employer branding campaign for AUDI and the agency Oaks (creation: Beatrice Oltmanns and Imke Jurok). The fourteen protagonists are all real Audi employees and were photographed in Hamburg, Ingolstadt and Neckarsulm (hair & makeup: Sandra Haber, Tini Sager). Created in the end were 68 motifs which received the finishing touches by Andreas Doria.Jan loves to photograph real employees, and employer branding campaigns are his new favorite kind to shoot.
