#TheWaitingRoomStories is a series of in-depth interviews Dr Sukh has conducted with some truly extraordinary people over the past two years. An amazing collection of humans - from celebrity names to people with no public profile - have shared their incredible personal stories of survival, heartbreak, challenge and triumph. Covering childhood bullying, depression and mental health, sexual abuse, and recovery from illnesses such as cancer - these in-depth interviews (some more than 2 hours long) are confronting, uncomfortable, relatable, humanising and - ultimately - unforgettable. And of course, as a doctor himself, Dr Sukh invites these inspiring individuals to talk about how the brilliant NHS has touched these people’s lives and what it means to them. We now want those stories to inspire others to speak up. To remove the stigma attached to sharing our experiences. To not feel alone. Follow #TheWaitingRoomStories. www.drsukhthewaitingroom.com
