Born in Paris, France, Sébastien first trained as a scientist before turning to photography.
From this dual background, he learnt that a solid technical foundation is essential for the free expression of creativity.
Like a tightrope walker, he looks in every shot for an “intuitive coherence”, that fragile and precise instant in which technique and emotion come together.
For over twenty years, he has been capturing portraits of men and women in their intimate relationship with their environment.
Recently, Sébastien added motion to his repertoire and completed a worldwide portrait project for Moët Hennessy.
